Mr. Subramani Srinivasan (Subra to his colleagues) is one of the founders of FairTech. As Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of FairTech, he defines the road map for technology and global presence.

A graduate in Mechanical Engineering from BMS Engineering College Bangalore, Mr. Subramani Srinivasan started his career in 1985 as a production engineer in a sheet metal industry and then moved onto Power sector where he has established processes.

In 1987 he joined Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) and was a part of the successful team that oversaw the India’s prestigious Light combat fighter aircraft program – TEJAS from concept till its first flight spanning more than 15 years. He was also associated with the development of various TEJAS variants. He was heading the Stress team of Intermediate Jet Trainer (IJT-36) and was one of the key members of the team that was instrumental in the transition from drawing board / paper design to Paperless design / E-Design. While at HAL he was also associated in many modification, upgrades and conversion of the aforementioned.

In 2001 he was one of the few hand picked engineers to join the Airbus-UK team and continued to work on many of its prestigious programs like A330, A340, A380 Passenger aircrafts. With vast knowledge and international exposure in late 2003 he moved back to India to head CADES aerospace practice which went on to become Indian aerospace connoisseur. During his association with CADES he has established many accounts worldwide, and the company saw the revenue growth in many folds.

Before founding FairTech, he had a year stint with Sitec Group-UK as their Principal Stress Engineer. His vast aircraft design experience from civil and defense sectors with his international exposure, understanding of business and culture helps FairTech to a company par excellence. During his hey days he was associated in many aircraft programs such as - TEJAS, IJT-36, MIRAGE-2000, Dornier-229, HPT-32, Hjt-16, JAGUAR, A320, A330, A340, A400M, A380 Pax & Frt.

Mr. Hareesh M Totiger is one of the founders of FairTech and is Director - Sales & Commercial. He defines the road map for global business and commercial engagements.

A engineering graduate from Karnataka University with Mechanical Engineering from B.V.B College of Engineering and Technology, Hubli with over 14 years of experience in design, development, manufacturing, sales and marketing. He has working experience in the aerospace, automotive, machine tool, general engineering and IT industries.

He joined Hindustan Machine Tools (HMT), Bangalore as an apprentice to gain an insight and experience of the entire deportments and processes of business establishments to explore the opportunity to be an entrepreneur in future. He later joined MICO (Robert Bosch) and that gave him an insight into how big and multinational companies work to create the global brands.

To pursue a career in design and aerospace,  he later joined Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), Bangalore. Worked extensively with higher management to launch a Multi Role Transport Aircraft (MRTA) and contributed to the initial configuration by coordinating with all the departments involved. He also worked on Dornier 228 and HJT 36.

To be in the forefront of modern services industry, he later joined Infosys in 2002 to work on aerospace projects and was deputed to Airbus, UK to work on design and Digital Mock Up (DMU) of A380 super jumbo. He worked on A380 wings’ Fixed Trailing Edge structures, pneumatics and electrical systems and contributed to the success of A380 wing DMU by establishing processes and methods. He worked for more than 5 years in the Airbus, UK and is well versed with Airbus process and methods.

Hareesh later joined CADES as Technical Lead and spent most of the time working for Airbus, UK on various A380 structures and systems projects.

Dr Sivakumar Kandasamy is one of the founders of FairTech and is Heading Aerospace Domain Division. He is responsible for delivery excellence across global engagements. He is an alumnus of College of Engineering, Guindy ,holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and has completed his M.Tech in Engineering Design from Chennai and obtained his doctorate in Aerospace Engineering from IIT Kanpur. He has more than 11 technical publications in national and international conferences and journals.

After his doctorate he joined ISAC, ISRO as Scientist and worked in configuration study of mapping satellites and later he joined NAL as scientist E-1. He had involved in Aerostat and various other programs. In 2001 he was one of the few engineers to join the Airbus team to work on one of its prestigious programs like A340 500-600 passenger aircrafts through Tata Elxsi at Airbus client location in UK.

Dr. Sivakumar joined Satyam Engineering Services as Technical Lead working for various aircraft clients in Europe and USA. He was one of the technical front-runners to set up ODC for one of the major aircraft manufacturers. Dr. Sivakumar later joined CADES as Technical Manager working for Airbus, UK on various A380 projects.

Dr. Sivakumar is a rare find in the Industry who has both Aerospace Qualification and Internation hands on experience. With his varied industry, research & teaching experience for more than 16 years he is heading the FairTech Bangalore unit and Aerospace vertical. He has worked on major programs / projects such as Airbus – A330/A340, Boeing 747, A380P/F, A400M, CRJ 700, CRJ900, Challenger and Future Lynx.

Mr. M L Buddi Sagar is one of the Co-founders of FairTech and is Heading Tooling, Manufacturing & General Engineering. He is responsible for delivery excellence across global engagements. A Mechanical Engineering graduate from SJCE, Mysore Mr. Buddi Sagar started his career as project engineer in Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL). Under the guidance of Aerospace pioneers he learnt aircraft structural design and excelled.

During his 8 years tenure in HAL he was an active member in Aircraft programs like HJT-36, LCA, SEA-Harrier and MTA. He was a core team member for HJT-36 and involved in the complete project cycle. He successfully developed HJT-36 rudder digital 3D model and manufacturing drawings using advanced CAD tools. He also customized CAD tools to increase productivity. He obtained many accolades from senior management during his tenure in HAL.

Before joining hands with FairTech he served a private industry where he was involved in a program from Boeing.During his career he was associated in many aircraft programs such as IJT-36, TEJAS, Dornier-229, A320, Boeing-787 and Rolls Royce Trent 2000.

Mr. R M Sundaram is Consultant, Analysis Team of FairTech. He is a Post Graduate in Aeronautical Engineering from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. He has served in the Aircraft Research and Design Centre of M/s Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. for over 35 years, in various capacities and superannuated as the Head of Structural Analysis Group.

During his tenure in HAL, he has worked on various aircraft projects, which include ab-initio light aircraft, Trainers, Fighters, and Transport aircraft and licensed production aircraft like Jaguars, Ajeet / Ajeet Trainer, Mirage etc. He has also vast experience in supporting the production line, Repair schemes, Modifications, Life Prediction & Extensions and Certification of Aircraft under both MIL and FAR requirements. He has also served in the Certifying agency of Military aircraft in India.

After Superannuation, he has served as a consultant for Analysis and Validation in various engineering service companies to support the structural analysis group.

Overall he has more than 43 years of experience in the design and development of aircraft structures. He has trained more than 100 structural engineers during his long service.

Mr. R M Sundaram is dedicated to Aerospace Industry and to FairTech. Mr. R M Sundaram is very rare gem to find in Indian Aerospace. His commitment and enthusiam to beats his age. It is through his constant guidance, support and technical expertise that FairTech has grown to its present stature.

Mr. R M Sundaram is Consultant with FairTech since from inception and is one of the founding member and well wisher of FairTech.

Mr. G S Kamalakkanavar is Consultant for design Team of FairTech. He also defines the road map for Quality initiatives, Certifications and Practices. He graduated from NIIT Surathkal (Karnataka) and post graduated from IIT Chennai. Worked as aircraft designer at various levels in HAL for more than two decades involving in the design of fuselage for Ajeet Trainer. Modification of Ajeet aircraft, forestation program for Dakota and fuselage design for LCA. Lead the design department as chief designer at SME Aviation Malaysia for design, modification, Manufacturing support, tooling and certification for MD3-160 Trainer.

As Addl. Technical director at CADES, involved in the design of HT & VT in composites for SARAS aircraft, Gimbaled sighting system for LCH, composite modular toilet for railways in addition to developing the design department.

Presently at FairTech, in addition to design support led the team to get the organization certified to ISO 9001:2008 and AS 9100 Rev. C quality Certificates.

Mr. G S Kamalakkanavar is one of the key persons who is instrumental in the formation of FairTech. It is through his constant guidance, support and technical expertise that FairTech has grown to its present stature.

Dr. Vijayananda Kaup Heads Program Management Group. He is responsible for delivery excellence of all the FairTech engagements. After graduation from the Mechanical Engineering Department, BMS College of Engineering Bangalore, Dr. Vijayananda Kaup pursued his studies at the prestigious Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore to obtain his Masters and Ph.D degrees in the field of Applied Kinematics. During his masters and doctoral programs he also worked as a Faculty at National Institute of Technology, Karnataka and as a Research Associate in India’s ambitious aerospace program aimed at achieving self-sufficiency in the development of Light Combat Aircrafts. He was involved in the design, analysis and synthesis of flexible nozzle for use in the LCAs jet engines.

Before joining FairTech in 2010, Vijay has worked for around eight years in a leading engineering services and consulting company in Bangalore. During this period, he was instrumental in the implementation of several engineering productivity enhancement tools, design process automation tools, and development of CAE tools for several customers including General Electric, Toshiba, Kawasaki, John Crane, Danahar Group of Companies and Rolls-Royce, UK. He has developed software program that was meant to enhance the analysis capabilities of Rolls-Royce’s proprietary stress analysis tool called SC03. He comes with a sound engineering background, diverse software development, and project and products management experience.

For a brief period he was also part of an initiative involving Commercialization of NASA Technologies.

Soon after his studies, Vijay has worked in several software companies that offered software services and developed software products. Vijay has conceptualized and initiated developmental works for several software products. These products range from development of computer-based educational tools, to development a web-based tool to manage activities of the entire educational institution, to development of Intranet tools directed towards creating paperless organization, to development of on-line interactive learning environment.

For a year, Vijay has worked as a design consultant at Microsoft Corporation, USA involving in its ambitious WebTV initiative of bringing Internet to every home via the television.
